I do not alter anything in the settings in Firefox, the only way they are altered is when Firefox does a update
Would you please check to see if that box is ticked anyway ?
Would you also check in 3-bar menu => Logins and Passwords, "login.live.com" is listed ?
(they say the internet makes your life easier - isn't always true, is it ?)

Could be a problem with cookies or with an extension.
If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems
Firefox shows an highlighted shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more details and possibly disable the protection
You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop
You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
Hi,I done all as you suggested,But I still cannot log into my Microsoft Account through Firefox (that is with all adds on totally disabled & even in Safe mode) Although I can log in using Bing internet explorer Darryl
Are you using the Password Manager to enter a saved password automatically or are you typing the password ?
Hi,I have Tried using Password Manager (that does not Work) & therefore I use my Password by Typing it in,But That goes no where & then I have to hit Reload Current Page & that States it needs to be resent & then It comes up with the Log in details & states the Password is incorrect(sorry to put it this way (BULLSHIT) Between Yesterday & today,I have reset that many passwords,it is not funny anymore & I am running out of passwords Firefox is the PROBLEM,if I cannot Fix it(with your help) I will give Firefox the Flick,it has cost me many many, many Hours & Frustration is not the word for it
Thanks Darryl Darryl
Hello Darryl,
Would you please take a look at this article and scroll down to
"If you can't remember your pasword or it's not working" :

Anything helpful there ?
I'm a little worried about you saying :
"I just had Microsoft into my Computers" ......
Could you elaborate about that please ?
It is very long & involved,a very short version,I have had to have at least 10-12 Windows 10 downloaded with Microsoft, the Last on Friday,It was a TOTAL RESET of my Computer & I lost Every thing &(apart from the new windows 10) due to a few Problems I could not resolve my self,I rang Microsoft & they came into my Computer & rectified about 3 or 4 settings & fixed the problem with my Printer Whilst they where in their,I pointed out to them about the Problem that I could not respond to Microsoft Community (through FIREFOX) & they went through with Bing & their was no Problem & they Pointed out it was a PROBLEM WITH FIREFOX) Firefox to me at the moment is a PAIN IN THE Arse & the way it is going,I WILL GIVE IT THE FLICK I have WASTED THAT MANY HOURS ON IT,but Nothing Works & to me that is USELESS Darryl
I forgot to mention, what you Hi Lighted about Password on Microsoft,is totally wrong, especially when I can log in when I use BING,which PROVES IT IS FIREFOX CREATING THE PROBLEMS Darryl

Bing is not a browser though; it's a search engine (like Google Search).
Microsoft's default browser is either Edge or Internet Explorer - as you mention the latter a few times, that will probably be the browser you use to login.
May I ask : When you click on the 3-bar menu => Options => Privacy & Security; under "Logins and Passwords" - is the box "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" checked ?
