Hi fgkrauss, are these contacts for one of your email accounts? Or are they saved addresses used by Firefox's address autofill feature?
The ones I use to pull addresses up for email. Can't find how to do it with the FF new browser,
If you compare how the email site looks in Safari and Firefox, is a Contacts links or button there in Safari but missing in Firefox?
Missing on firefox, or else it has a different name that I don't recognize.
Well, I don't know what site it is, so I can't compare in different browsers myself. If you want to provide more information about the site, that would be helpful. Otherwise, I guess you can use Safari for email.

Hello fgkrauss,
As you haven't really answered jscher2000's questions, would you please take a look at this :
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/problems-with-email-how-to-find-help
Cause this sounds like either a webmail problem or a Thunderbird problem.
You didn't answer my question and sending the help address doesn't answer the question either.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY GMAIL ADDRESS BOOK FROM THE FIREFOX GMAIL SCREEN??? I want to edit, add or gmail addresses. Can't find out how to do this on the screen anymore.
You don't seem to understand :
Firefox is a browser and doesn not "do" email (nor does Firefox have anything to do with email related problems) .....
But I found this for you :

Hi fgkrauss, thank you for mentioning that you are using Gmail. Can you find Contacts on the Applications drop-down pictured here:

Does that have what you're looking for?

What you see in jscher2000's screenshots (and in the articles I linked to) you will see when you go to Google's main page - in the upper right corner click on the icon that looks like 9 little squares, and scroll down. There you will see "Contacts".
I get the application icons, but how do I get the icon to appear on the firefox screen??? There must be something simple, but I can't get it to work. It worked before the last update, but now I can't get the contacts icon on the ff windw.
Yes, I get that, but the contacts icon used to be on the screen , but is no longer. Can I drag and paste the icon on the ff window somehow? Doesn't seem to work for me.
Is Contacts on your Apps menu, so you can load it from there?
If you have it there but you prefer it directly on the Gmail screen, maybe Gmail has a setting for that, but I haven't looked through all their many settings to see whether they do.

Let me see if I can explain it a bit better :
That contacts icon is part of Google's Gmail, and has nothing to do with Firefox. You use Firefox as your browser to open Google, Gmail, or any other website, and to click on anything you want/need to click on a website.
Maybe this will help :
