Hi, I am signed in on 2 pc's and an android phone (Galaxy note 8). The pc's sync between them just fine but the phone won't. While I can send tabs between the phone and the pc's since the last update I cannot sync any items at all on the phone.

a. On the phone the "last synchronized" line shows "never". b. All options to select synchronization items are grey and cannot be selected. c. Tapping the sync symbol does not do anything.

I tried: 1. Signing in and out on all devices. 2. Restarting all devices. 3. Forcing sync on all devices.

I do not want to lose my phone history or bookmarks and do not want to uninstall the app. This also means I cannot revert to an older version as that would delete the history and bookmarks.

I have tried logging in on a different phone with firefox V61 and had no issues with the sync.

The same here, simply grayed out. I also disconnected firefox on firestick in case it was an out of date browser. Nothing worked.

Hi, Update - The latest update of the pc and android versions seemed to have solved the issue.
