DRM (Spotify) not working
When trying to use Spotify on Firefox, a yellow banner with "Firefox is Installing Components Needed to Play the Audio or Video on This Page. Please Try Again Later." will display and no music is able to be played.
After seeing this I went through a dozen separate help pages/previous answers ranging from making sure DRM is enabled (this is a DRM issue too, Netflix gives the same banner), starting in safe mode, deleting cookies, reinstalling widevine and toggling a few options in about:config but nothing seems to work
Running Spotify in a different browser also worked, but I'd love to stick with Firefox as much as I can, any help would be appreciated!

Do you see the Widevine plugin in "Add-ons -> plugins" (about:addons page) ?
If you toggle DRM off and on again then Firefox should try to (re)load Widevine.
- Options/Preferences -> General: Play DRM
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-drm
You should see this as a XHR request in the Browser Console.
- "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Web Developer
- https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Console

This did not solve my issue, in fact it was the first thing I attempted to fix it. When DRM is disabled the page detects this and does not let normal Spotify libraries load (it instead gives an error page), and the yellow banner asks to Enable DRM. In my case, the yellow banner says "Firefox is Installing Components Needed to Play the Audio or Video on This Page. Please Try Again Later." but allows me to go through Spotify pages, just not allowing anything to play.
