Wierd issue with Subject Filter
I have several email accounts and the Filters run as expected except for 1 email account. All my accounts move some emails to local folders based on subject filter. I have all filters set up like this: Filter Name: To My Local Folder Name Apply Filter when: Manually Run Getting New EMail: Filter before Junk Classification Archiving (this one I think I can remove but it's On)
Match any of the following Subject -> Contains -> Word1 Subject -> Contains -> Word2 Subject -> Contains -> Word3
Preform these actions: Move Message to -> My Folder on Local Folders
So, all email accounts work when email arrives in inbox and Filter Log... logs the move. Except for one, email arrives and nothing (Filter Log... empty). Clicking Run Now... it moves the email as expected and Filter Logs... logs the move.
Freaking weird. I'm running version 78.6.0 (64-bit) debian. The only think I can think of is that this specific email account used to be another altogether different email account (no message filters on it). When I dropped that old email account and created this new one I did not delete the thunderbird account and created a new one... I just changed / renamed all the settings.
Any help would be appreciated.

It solves the issue if the Getting New Email is changed from:
Filter before Junk Classification To Filter "after"' Junk Classification
