Open new TAB Page after startup
When I Open Firefox IT will resume my previous session. And I want to open new TAB Page instead.

You have to exit with the Quit menu option, and there's a need to configure, what should to be cleared on exit (opened tabs in your case).

Hey, Go to options (in top right corner)->General, Under Startup, you will see a check box indicating whether you want to restore previous sessions or not, uncheck that and Firefox won't restore your previous sessions after that.
Settings>scroll down to delete on quit>check

Well...this is some kind of solution, but its a pity that there isn't more customization. Like in Opera mobile.

I'm confused by this. I've seen mention about a Quit menu option a number of times, but I see no such option in the Firefox for Android menu. Where is this Quit menu option?
First you have to go to Settings, tap Privacy and put a check mark next to Clear private data on exit. Then select items to be cleared on Quit. The Quit button will appear automagically when something has been selected.
I have version 88.1.2 so it works a little differently than what Ty said. Open Settings, then scroll down to the Privacy and Security area, and select Delete browsing data on quit. Toggle this so it is on, then check the items to be deleted. Open tabs is the first one. Check it and all the open tabs will be closed when you close the app.
