When I moved my TB Data from one PC to a new PC, I can either view my Inbox and sent messages (all my Personal Folders appear empty) OR my Personal Folders (my Inbox and sent Folder appear empty). I suspect it is the Local Directory selected in Account Settings. How do I view both my Inbox/sent data AND my Personal Folders? I have used the Mozilla migration instructions, tried new extensions and even used MozBackup without success. Here is my local directory setting: C:\...\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\fio82epe.default\Mail\Local Folders\Personal Folders.sbd

I'm assuming you can see all folders and emails perfectly ok on the old PC.

Do not use Mozbackup as it is a nearly a decade since it was last updated and even the author says there are flaws.

I suggest you read the information at this link. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1341408

Problem solved. Thank you for your help. Note to others: Make sure to delete the Thunderbird Folder in "Roaming" on the "New" computer prior to copying from your remote site. Once you re-open TB on the new computer, the sent folder is not visible. After you send your first email, the Sent folder populates with all your old data. I had Thunderbird 78 and Windows 10 on both computers. Good Luck.
