Missing toolbar with Home icon and extensions
My regular toolbar showing File, Bookmarks, Tools, etc. appears but I have lost the second toolbar that typically shows the Home icon and my extensions. I've searched through the support topics and haven't found how to get this toolbar back.

Hmm, it is easy to control whether to show the Menu bar, either via the right-click context menu or via customize, but there is no way to hide the Navigation Toolbar where the controls you mentioned are normally positioned.
Can you confirm you lost the Navigation Toolbar that also has the location/address bar is no longer present or is this about other toolbars like the Bookmarks Toolbar that also can have controls on them ?
Are you possibly using code in userChrome.css to hide the Navigation Toolbar that is no longer working properly ?
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
