I have a godaddy email. I have thunderbird on my pc. I get my regular emails, but there is no spam box. I want to setup a spam box so I can get both regular emails, and the spam emails. How do I setup a to receive the spam emails on thunderbird pc desktop application?

Is the account set up as IMAP in TB? If so, right-click the account in the Folder Pane, Subscribe, Refresh, and check the box for the Spam or Bulk Mail folder (whatever name they give it). The spam filtering must first be enabled on the godaddy webmail site.
