Am locked of my account years ago. All I want is a NEW account, or a system to re-activate that works.

Hi Tom This is a public forum, please do not share personal information like address phone and email - anyone, anywhere could read this and misuse the information. If you can edit your questions, please remove that part. If not a moderator will, eventually. To answer your question - Thunderbird does not provide email accounts. You can sign up to Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, your internet service provider may offer an email address, or you may use any other corporate or personal email account with Thunderbird. The account must first exist online, and then Thunderbird can be set up to copy the messages to your local computer for your convenience. If you have saved an old address book to Thunderbird or another program on your computer, you may export the addresses from it to import into Thunderbird after setting up your new email account. If the addresses were only on your lost email account, they cannot be retrieved. Hope this helps, Agnes
