If the account is set up as IMAP in TB, messages can be uploaded from Local Folders to an IMAP folder in small numbers at a time. IMAP folders are shown in webmail. If your account is POP, copy the messages to a subfolder of Local Folders, remove the POP account, add it as IMAP, then upload as above.
