When i wane send a file, using: right mouse-click on file > Send to > Mail Recipient.

Then the write mail window pops up with a makeup template, with all type of warnings and extra text that i have to remove, see attached image.

Don't know if this is done by Windows or Thunderbird, but i don't need it, and have to remove it, when i send my hours and reports to the office.

How do i remove the template?

That is a feature of Windows. At the time you right-click, Windows is only showing the various options you have. This is in no way tied to Thunderbird.
