If QuickBooks Online is not working properly on Firefox after a recent update, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

1)Clear Firefox Cache: Clearing the cache can resolve various browser-related issues. To clear the cache in Firefox, follow these steps: a. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. b. Select "Options" (Windows) or "Preferences" (Mac). c. In the left sidebar, click on "Privacy & Security." d. Scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" section. e. Click on the "Clear Data" button. f. Ensure that the "Cached Web Content" option is checked. g. Click on the "Clear" button.

2)Disable Extensions: Some Firefox extensions can interfere with certain websites. Temporarily disable any extensions you have installed by following these steps: a. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. b. Select "Add-ons" (Windows) or "Add-ons and Themes" (Mac). c. In the left sidebar, click on "Extensions." d. Disable all the extensions by toggling the switch next to each extension to the "Off" position. e. Restart Firefox and try accessing QuickBooks Online again.

3)Update Firefox: Ensure that you are running the latest version of Firefox. To update Firefox, follow these steps: a. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. b. Select "Options" (Windows) or "Preferences" (Mac). c. In the left sidebar, click on "General." d. Scroll down to the "Firefox Updates" section. e. Click on the "Check for Updates" button. f. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it. g. After the update is installed, restart Firefox and try accessing QuickBooks Online again.

4)Reset Firefox Settings: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you can try resetting Firefox settings to their default values. Note that this will remove your extensions and some custom settings. To reset Firefox, follow these steps: a. Click on the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Firefox window. b. Select "Help" and then choose "Troubleshooting Information." c. In the Troubleshooting Information page, click on the "Refresh Firefox" button. d. A confirmation window will appear. Click on "Refresh Firefox" to proceed. e. Firefox will close and reopen with default settings. Try accessing QuickBooks Online again.

I hope this helps :)
