I have the options set on my email account settings and in the Thunderbird general settings. Both places, I have told Thunder bird to move new junk messages to "Junk" folder on "me@myemailaddress.com."

I also have the option "Enable adaptive junk filter logging" checked, if that makes any difference.

How long is this supposed to take to train Thunderbird to automatically start putting junk in the Junk folder instead of my inbox? Because I have marked several of these spammers by pressing the J key and forcing them into the Junk folder this way, but they still keep coming into my inbox. The same exact email addresses I already marked as "junk" by pressing J at least 3 times are still hitting my inbox.
