Error message: Cannot open the Inbox ..................(POP3) folder because it is used in another process. Wait for the process to finish and select this folder again. How do I get around the above. The error message box comes up and prevents me from doing anything at all. Regards Kenneth

Do you have an antivirus app scanning the mail folders (TB profile)? That could be the 'other process'.

If you do, add the TB profile folders as an exception in AV settings.
