1. Heslo je tam preto, aby ste ho vedeli iba vy. Teda aby sa vám nikto nedostal k pošte, alebo aby nezneužíval vašu emailovú adresu na rozposielanie spamu. Ak ho neviete, musíte začať premýšľať a premýšľať a premýšľať.

2. Bol Thunderbird s vašim emailom nainštalovaný doteraz aj na inom počítači? Ak áno, vytiahnite si to heslo z tohoto iného počítača.
