email is not working

Whats is that spurious looking account mentioned in the status line of your image. That email address can not exist in that format. The domain is repeated to many times.
Your domain appears to be hosted by GoDaddy. Have you contacted them about setting up your email?

I think Thunderbird is to blame here for making this more confusing than it should be by pre-filling the incoming and outgoing server names with partial names derived from the email address. It would be clearer IMO if it simply left those fields blank in manual setups.
In the Hostname field under incoming server, replace what Thunderbird put there with the server name that your mail service provider told you to use for the incoming server. Similarly, in the Hostname field under outgoing server, type the server name that your mail service provider told you to use for the outgoing server. There may be other things that need to be checked, but those are obvious incorrect configuration settings shown by the screenshot you posted.
