Download glitch
I was auto-updated overnight to 128.6ESR 32-bit. My unit is Windows 11 64-bit. When I called up the program later, it did not load my profile of 35GB, neither its accounts nor folders nor email records. What do I do to retrieve the profile?

Followup - to Christ1 reply I did the 'https://support.mozilla.org/kb/recover-user-data-missing-after-thunderbird-update' as suggested. The new profile "now in use" is the same 'name' as the older version but it's data is not uploading to the newly opened version.

The new profile "now in use" is blank and is the same 'name' as the older version but it's data is not uploading to the newly opened version. Followup 2: I can pull up old emails only from the T'bird search function 'ctrl-k' if searching by name, e-address, date or subject words.
