Hey, Firefox. If you see so many leave firefox for other browsers for this reason, why don't you add it? It's Feb 19, 2012. Still no Flash on my Xoom tablet firefox. Hurry, quick!

As was said, it has been a year since this question was asked and there has been one response from Mozilla - a year ago. The apps I like on desktop computers don't necessarily work on the Android OS. I've found some excellent Android apps, so I don't care what Mozilla does now. I'm using Dolphin Browser (with Opera as a backup). It supports Flash and has some fine add-ons. Check it out, look at other apps and, by all means, read the user reviews.
Mozilla's not a deity. It's a corporate entity (albeit a non-profit one) which has gained a lot of user approval. Firefox is a great browser, but not listening to your user base is a Microsoft move.
Remember the popularity of AltaVista or the early days of Netscape? History. How about the love people gave Google when it started and the criticism they face now? Listen up, Mozilla!
Seriously, I cant understand why flash is being pushed aside. I'm quite related to flash solutions as an amateur developer and enthusiast and It bugs me when someone cross it out so easily.
The latest development version of Firefox supports Flash on Android 2.x (Froyo/Gingerbread) and Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich). You can download a pre-release development build from: http://nightly.mozilla.org/
Note: Flash is not yet supported on Android 3 (Honeycomb).

Oh, for pity's sake! Why don't you people just have the browser launch the phone's Youtube app on the video users are trying to play?? Done. Chop-Chop, get going. This is phridiculous.
We already launch the Youtube app when Youtube videos are clicked on. However the Youtube app is not a generic flash video player and it won't allow websites that use a flash landing page that are still all to common to work.
Flash support can be found in the nightly builds listed above.

Actually, the page I was dealing with contained CBS News video, not Youtube - which I didn't get until after I posted that response. My bad. That would explain why it didn't launch. I also found and installed the work-around to cause the Android Youtube app to launch, so I SHOULD be all good.
This is ridiculus to be honest there are so many browsers out there that most ppl have never heard of but they dont seem to have problems offering flash and alot of ppl will not be replacing there stock browsers with this, i undrstand u have to bring updates to software that u release but whats the point of even releasing another version that is basically the same WITHOUT flash, just looks slightly diffrent with features ppl dont really care about..........flash is the main thing that most websites need to be displayed properly, being as its been this long i very much doubt that ppl will wait for this to support flash as there are loads of browsers that already do - and with constant updates to those browsers im sure they will always be better for sure.......very dissapointed...
I used to be a staunch supporter of FireFox but with the lack of flash I had to look else-where. (YouTube has nothing to do with being an answer). I have settled on Chrome for my desktop which works with the native Webkit based browser in Android including bookmark sync. FireFox messed up badly by not solving the Flash problem sooner, several other browsers solved it.
