My hotmail account got compromised. I needed to change pass word and regain entrance to my account. after doing all the steps, hotmail established a privet chat room for me to follow up on the proceedings. When I could not get into the privet chat I got a message that I need to optimize my browser. I do not know what it means and how to do it. Please help
