That is the standard Firefox start page, I also confirm the url shown is correct.

This page is not the standard Firefox google start page. The real Firefox Google start page does NOT have a sign in link on the right hand side. NEVER did. As you see this is the REAL Firefox Google Start Page. http://img831.imageshack.us/img831/6045/screenhunter01feb141520.gif NOTICE THE DIFFERENCES?

Looks like you have have something installed that customized the Google / Firefox Homepage and added that SignIn link and the blue line above "Web".

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."

If not, see this:

This only happened after viewing my email credit links in my email. I believe it is coming from them and they have something in the page code that installs into the browser and mimicks the start page and since alot of people signin to their google mail through that link they are trying to steal login info. My Firefox is set to never remember history or never stores cookies. Its set to private browsing at all times.

The http://www.google.com/firefox/ is indeed a official Firefox start page hosted by Google.

If you are say signed into Gmail or such then it will show your account on top right there for example however when I sign out, everything disappears there.

Yes it looks like it is related to a email account or such that is connected with Google in such a way.

But this happens after I have signed out of Gmail, and closed all browsers and reopened a new browser. Even after 10 minutes have gone by. I mean completely SIGNED out of gmail. I never stay signed in after closing out. I always sign all the way out of gmail before closing all my browsers. I am only getting this every once in a while after i click credit emails from member mailers, like topsurfer, listjoe, adzonfire, to name a few.
