Thank you very much "AviK". It really works. It solved my problem. I did follow this instructions:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and look for Anti Phishing Domain Advisor.
  2. If you click on Click here for support information you'll see it is a Panda program.
  3. Uninstall Anti Phishing Domain Advisor program...
  4. This did solve my problem

Strange, but finally the procedure below did solve my problem.

  1. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and look for Anti Phishing Domain Advisor.
  2. If you click on Click here for support information you'll see it is a Panda program.
  3. Uninstall Anti Phishing Domain Advisor program...
  4. This did solve my problem
