I set up my home page to have 6 top sites and when I click on them it wont take me to the page, it just wont work even when I click options or setup.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
