Is there an entry in "Config" I can add for Menubar Color?

I am trying out Comodo IceDragon which uses Firefox; their menubar is the only thing that is unreadable, I'd lke to change it to match the theme I'm using, with color RGB 175 194 215, assuming I can find the equivalent value of that for the Config file, is there an entry I can create in that file which will specify the background color of the menubar? (I am speaking of the one with "File", "Edit", "View" etc.)

No. You can do that with code in userChrome.css or with a solid persona.

The customization files userChrome.css (interface) and userContent.css (websites) are located in the chrome folder in the user profile folder.

Add code to the userChrome.css file below the default @namespace line.

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul"); /* only needed once */

#toolbar-menubar { background-color: #rrggbb !important; }

I'm unable to find a userChrome.css file, so instead I have been modifying a menu.css file in my theme's global folder and re-installing the modified theme. The following code worked to eliminate the dark bar only on the left side where the menu items are, but left the rest of the bar intact, and I am still looking for a way to identify the name of the rest of the bar so I can modify it. I can't find any information on that, so any help would be appreciated. #637FA2 is the color used by the author of my theme, so I have kept it.

@namespace url("http://www.mozilla.org/keymaster/gatekeeper/there.is.only.xul");
  1. main-menubar > menu { background-color: #637FA2 !important; }

(Mozilla.org changes the hash symbol in front of main-menubar to a "1. " for some reason, but it's there in the code I pasted.)
