Since I installed 16.0.2 when I scroll on any page, it goes up or down at high speeds and wont stop. I am using Windows 7 all updated on a Lenovo laptop using a microsoft scroll mouse via a docking station. When I use Microsoft IE, I dont have this problem. Before I updated FF, I didnt have this problem.

hello emailvortex, i'm not aware of any changes of that sort that were done in the firefox update. could you have a look into the mouse driver if there are preferences to tweak that may affect this behaviour

you could also try to tweak the scrolling settings for firefox with an extension like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/yet-another-smooth-scrolling or generally disable smooth scrolling in firefox > options > advanced > general & see if this makes a difference...

The mouse is working fine on all other programs. So there are no settings to tweak on the mouse. This only happens on FF. I tried the other 2 browsers (Chrome and IE) and it doesnt happen there.

As for an add-on, I shouuldnt have to use an add-on to make your Browser work, especially since it has worked before. I have seen other people mentioning this problem in the past. Its obvious FF has a bug that re-appeared with this release.
