Why can't I get Norton tool bar ? I had it until i reinstalled firefox

hello, according to norton the toolbar is compatible with firefox 21. please run the norton liveupdate repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.

Is the menu bar gone, or just not displaying? Right click an empty area on the tabs bar. Is the Norton bar listed?
