After downloading "Photoscape" I found that Snap.do came with it. I found out how to delete the program but subsequently it wouldn't let me access the internet. I got the message, "Proxy server is refusing connections. Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections." I restored to default and now have Firefox back, but am concerned that Snap.do is still in the background. How can I completely delete it?
