If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
- Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
- Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
- Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
- Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
- If an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a check-mark then remove this check-mark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the permissions.default.image pref on the about:config page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

There are extensions like Adblock Plus (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) and security software (firewall, anti-virus) that can block images and other content.

hi thanks for the response, i tried everything that you have suggested above, but couldn't find the solution. i tried opening with the internet explorer and didn't have a problem. must be some setting in mozilla but i still can't figure it out.
i attached the pic, it can be seen the f122 something in a box. not sure why it is happening.
have you updated your flash and activex?
my flash is up to date, but for activex it doesn't support chrome and mozilla as far as i know. please correct me if i am wrong.
That looks like a custom font that is downloaded from the server of this website.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.
- Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
It is better not to increase the minimum font size, but to use an extension to set the default page zoom to prevent issues with text not being displayed properly.
You can check the gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled pref on the about:config page make sure that it has the default value true.
You can open the about:config page via the location bar.

Yes, the tall box with two rows of two characters indicates that whatever font Firefox is using is missing a character. It's become a trend to use a custom font in places of small images, so you may see this more if you don't allow pages to use downloadable fonts.
Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced: [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"
- I did this and not working. only change some of the appearance of the site.
You can check the gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled pref on the about:config page make sure that it has the default value true. You can open the about:config page via the location bar.
- I also checked this one has been set "TRUE" and not sure why the problem still exist.
Well, visiting first-hand, I see the missing font box. The problem could be this: the page (for me) is on us.burberry.com and the font file is on common.static.burberry.com. This is not unusual, but Firefox is having trouble with the cross-site permission. When I look at it, it has * which means "anyone can use this font" but it has a comma and a second *, which seems to be throwing Firefox off. If I reload the page (Ctrl+r) the font appears. If I reload the page bypassing cache (Ctrl+Shift+r), the rectangular box comes back. I'm not sure why this is happening.
