Hi: I created a new profile and transferred the suggested files per KB. I have not added any add-ons thru the user interface. however this 1 add-on was there when i viewed the about addons page Addon is called "Adobe Acrobat - create PDF 1.0" this is an old addon tthat the remove button was either never there or disappeared. its been in my list and noted as this for over 6 months. How do I delete this addon in the new profile? Which one of the files i transferred would hold this stuck addon? see screenshots for the culprit. OLD proifle (shows it will more information and no delete button) NEW profile (shows it is there) ---- thankyou
