Can't verify email address
I just downloaded Firefox and everything has worked okay up to my trying to verify my email account. I can log in okay, and when I go to the "Sync" tab in options, it says that my email isn't verified. I click on the button to "verify email", I receive an email saying I am one step away from verifying my Firefox account. But when I click the "verify" button, I get the following message with an exclamation point in a yellow triangle:
The address isn't valid
The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.
Web addresses are usually written like http://www.example.com/ Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /).
I don't know what URL they are talking about. What does this mean?

Are you using an e-mail address from Outlook.com (Windows live)?
Can you paste the URL directly in the Firefox location bar?
If that is the case then that is a know problem and is being worked on.
If you have an email address with another provider then you can try to use that.

I use the ATT Yahoo address, but I run Outlook on my computer. I went to Yahoo Mail (which I haven't seen in months) where all my mail first comes in and clicked the “verify” button in the original mail, and it worked perfectly. Thanks for your help.
