I am logged into firefox on the computer i am using now. I can see my username, but not the email i registered with. However, i am 99.99% confident about that email address (i only have 2 and its not the other one). When i try to sync and log into my firefox account on another computer or device it is "unknown account". I get the same message when i try to reset my password.

It is as if my account no longer exists. Except that i'm logged into it on another computer!

Any help much appreciated.

What are you actually trying to log into? Don't know what you mean by logged into Firefox.

Are you trying to access an email account? What type of email account do you have?

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to log into my firefox account on another computer and then sync my (enormous number of) bookmarks across. Hence why the problem of not being to find my account was troublesome.

However, i (belatedly) worked out a work-around. I just exported my bookmarks, set up a new firefox account, and then imported my bookmarks to that account.

Problem solved (in a manner of speaking). Thanks.

You can use use the new Sync with the Firefox account if you have installed Firefox 29 on all computers.
You can't do this with Firefox 28 versions.
