I have noticed that recently, whenever I start Firefox, BING is auto-opening a new tab *without my input.* Firefox is not my default browser (I use several), and I have removed ALL extensions and themes (except for ad-blocking, which has always been there), and ensured that pop-up blocker is enabled. My Windows 10 PC cannot find any malware; I hate being hijacked (esp. by Microsoft) and want this to stop! My other browsers do not do this...only Firefox. I have tried suggestions to modify REGEDIT, but can find no solutions to prevent this (other than not using Firefox anymore). Help, please! Thanks so much.

Firefox has recently become unreadable--it is blurry, then clear, blurry, then clear. It has become unusable. I've moved on to Edge. After much research, it is apparent that this is a problem unique to Firefox, who hasn't bothered to address or correct this issue. No more Firefox for me:(

I've spent many hours trying to figure out how to get Thunderbird ver 128.7.0esr (64-bit) to send emails to the Winstream.net server. Many hours working with their tech support and they claim this is a Thunderbird issue. All I know is it has worked fine for years and this week it suddenly stopped sending but receive works fine. I've reinstalled Thunderbird and attempted numerous different configurations for the setup to no avail.

Desktop PC running latest Thunderbird and Firefox. Started Thunderbird, instead of the usual tabs opening, it appears to have forgotten my accounts, asks for my email address, i.e. starting from scratch again. Starting Firefox, all previously-open tabs have gone, though bookmarks are all there.

Has there been some update which has wiped or reset Mozilla data? Yes, obviously I can go through setting up Thunderbird again but that will take quite some time and yes, I can use Firefox but many of the tabs I had open were there for a reason and it will take a while to find them all again.

Is there any way that the previous state can be recovered? My laptop has both applications running fine and I have paused Windows updates for a week, just in case the latest update caused this. Thank you.

Hello! I have multiple issues with Firefox after YEARS and YEARS of usage.

1) There is always a problem logging into sites that require captcha. This started happening a few months ago. So sites will not open in Firefox, but there's no problem with using Chrome.

2) All of a sudden, when I open and download PDFs from websites, the documents are black. I've gone in and disabled dark theme, but that hasn't made a difference. Again, this is a Firefox issue because it doesn't happen when I'm using Chrome.

Temu canceled half my order still won't say why and Im not getting any fundsies back and cash app acting like they to rich and preetty to care they said it would be a coulple days I just think that is fine but also why can't they at least tell me real reason y only half got cancelled wen all got paid with same card and y can't I just get the order or money back now don't add up and I want to know if I should find a hobbie

My gmail no longer opens on latest Modzilla update 135.0, although it still opens on Chrome or Edge. I can still access my Google account and other Google functions like Google One but my gmail does not load. I do not want to switch to another browser so I tried to clear cache, cookies, history but it did not work either. I also tried to open my gmailin private browsing mode but it still did not open.

Please tell me how I can remove this message. I have never seen it before and now I cannot read e-mails after 8/2/25 (I have been away for a few days).

I have tried to send myself a test message today but it will not go. I have tried cleaning out my mail server mailboxes but this has no effect. Running anti-virus software has no effect either.

For about 6 months now, my printers have been disappearing and reappearing at random...or so I thought. However, today, I left my Printer window opened while the printers were "Connected". I then proceeded to open the programs I regularly use: First Word. Nothing. Then Acrobat. Nothing. Then Chrome, still nothing. Then Thunderbird...Bam! Printers Disconnected. I said, let me try this again, and again, and again. Each time...same result. When launching Thunderbird...within 5 secs, the printers disconnect. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen. Anyone out there looking for a fun challenge? I've never seen this happen before and would love a resolution. Oh, and before it's suggested: I already checked the PrintSpooler service...connected or disconnected, it's status reads: "Running" in Task Manager.

Windows 10 (64bit), Thunderbird 128.7.0esr (32-Bit)

Without warning this has suddenly started happening. Maybe after the latest update? I can get the blessed Trash folder back in TB by 1. closing TB 2. (The Trash file is missing in Local Folders, the Trash.msf file seems okay)

   manually creating a new "Trash" file in my profile (a text file without suffix). 

3. restarting TB

The Trash does not disappear if it contains something when TB is closed.

I tried excluding the Trash in Windows Defender, but that has no effect.
