hi, if you want to disable the feature you can do it like this: enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up) & search for the preference named loop.enabled. double-click it and change its value to false.

I have removed this feature once, and it came back. Very annoying. How can I permanently delete/block/kill this feature?

By the way, my 'Loop:Enabled' string is already set to false.

Is this in anyway related to the messaging feature from Facebook? I rarely use FB, but sometimes I look at what is there. The directions to remove that messaging feature are not clear to me as the directions I have seen don't seem to appear on my screen. FB does not seem to want anybody to turn it off. I may cancel my FB, if I have to.
