When opening Zyxel NAS 310 I get blank page. FF 38.0.5, resetting browser doesn't help. Same on different computers with Win7 and Win8.1. Under IE works well.

When logging in Zyxel NAS 310 user page I get dark blank page (looks like only background shows). Resetting FF doesn't help, alike fresh install. NAS firmware wasn't changed/updated. Previous versions of FF worked fine. Current version is 38.0.5. Tested with two independent PCs running Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. Problem doesn't exist on any version of IE.

Hello,

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.

You will need to restart Firefox for this to take effect so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).

Then perform these steps:

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu and select Options on Windows or Preferences on Mac or Linux.
  2. Select the Advanced panel and then the General tab.
  3. Uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available.
  4. Restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.

Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!

If the problem is resolved, you should check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in these Knowledge base articles:

Thank you.

Please update to the most recent version of Firefox:

I am also inclined to think that you might want to mess with the internet connection configuration in Firefox:

If this is not the case, are there any drive files or customized folders that are different on this computer compared to a pc?
