Where can I find a downloadable thunderbird 38.1.0 ?

For a very long time Thunderbird kept nagging me to upgrade. I tried clicking on the upgrade button on the nag message that appeared, but the only effect was for the Wheel of Death to spin endlessly.

Eventually I found that I could download a tarball from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/download, unpack the tarball, move the thunderbird directory that was created into /usr/lib64 (after moving out the thunderbird directory that lived there previously) and everything worked like a charm. I got thunderbird 38.0.1 by this means.

Now Thunderbird is nagging me to upgrade to version 38.1.0. The "Wheel of Death" phenomenon persists with the current nag messages. But when I go to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/download the version that is available there is 38.0.1, i.e. what I have already. So that's no use.

Is there a tarball of 38.1.0 somewhere with which I can employ the strategy that I successfully used to upgrade to 38.0.1?

I think https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/download is an old site that we should probably retire. Please see https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/all/
