I have a computer lab full of Mac Mini's I have had a couple of problems of late where when I bring up Firefox I can not get anything to response within the browser, I can click on File and quite Firefox, but I can't click on the address bar or any website. I have deleted Firefox and reinstalled, but still nothing. My other browsers work Safari and Chrome.

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.
