how can i retain BT desk top help on mozilla firefox page after 01-10-2016?
my homepage is mozilla firefox and i use windows 10. i have been informed by BT that from 01-10-2016 i will be unable to use BT desktop help and should change to internet explorer, i would prefer to continue to use my firefox homepage. will this be possible?
Chosen solution
Hi
I use BT myself and have never needed to make use of BT Desktop Help. In fact, on changing computers I have not needed to install it at all.
Unless you really need it or rely upon it, you can quite happily continue to use Firefox and your choice of homepage without it (I do!).
I hope this helps.

Hi
If it is a connection issue, you should be able to get help directly from BT over the phone.

What's the problem with using IE for that one purpose?
You may not be aware of it, but you can use multiple web browsers without problems - even simultaneously.
