Is there a way to automatically create a mailing list with all addresses emails have been recieved from?
My ISP are moving away from supplying ADSL services, so after 15 years with them my email address is going to be discontinued. I have backed up all my emails but I'd like to send out a "This is my forwarding address" email to everyone who's sent me an email over the last 5 years (Since they started to use IMAP). Now I know 95% is spam or blackholes but I'm self employed and I'd hate to think work is being lost because of an email change. Is there any way to create a mailing list with every email address I've ever received or sent mail to in it?
Thanks!

Try the email address crawler add-on, available here:

Out of curiosity, what is being offered to you as an alternative to ADSL?
Time you got yourself an independent email address, particularly if your business depends on it. Do you not have your own domain?
Thanks I'll give that a try!
I've been with the same ISP since the 90's on dial up and then ADSL. They are a cable provider here in the UK and have abandoned ADSL in favour of offering customers their fibre product. Unfortunately the previous cable provider, which then went bust, never ran cable down my road when it was first rolled out in the 90's as there was at the time a lack of interest, and they now state it's not cost effective to do so. So they've sold my contract to another ISP for ADSL but they and the new ISP won't continue to support my email address in about a month.
About 5 years ago I created an independent address, but some older clients still use the old one occationally and there are a few distant relatives etc who still use it from time to time as it's been in use for 20 years. On a side note I've a number of logins for accounts for paid for older software where the email is your login and locked to the licence, which is a real drag! The size of the business has never needed me to have my own domain and still doesn't really - I just need my independent email provider to keep it working! If I was any bigger, then yes my own domain might make sense.
Anyway thanks for your quick reply!
Ah, yes, I once lived on a new development where the cable people hadn't bothered to run their cable in. This didn't seem to deter the doorstep opportunists trying to sell me Virgin's services. ;-)
Yup, they still send me a never ending steam of sales rubbish. Anyway, I've decided to get tranfered to BT infinity (which I can have) once the email address is discontinued. It's not a great way to treat a 20+ years customer.
