This problem seems to be with Thunderbird synchronization but I may be wrong. So the problem occurs mostly in the morning. After I download new messages a few minutes later list of messages and message window(where you read them) are blank. All messages in Inbox, Send etc are gone. Even if I click between folders they are still not there.

I have been trying to fix this for weeks now. I reinstalled Thunderbird, created new profile, changed settings and the only way to temporaly fix it is to restart Thunderbird. Recently I discovered that this may be synchronization problem becose when problem occurs folders Spam and Trash are not affected and messages are visible. Now in Thunderbird Synchronization options those folders are not checked to be synchronized. Also Thunderbird settings are set to be IMAP.

So my question is how can I fix this?

lets see, if Thunderbird can not contact the server it synchronizes the messages into oblivion, so I am guessing you are having some issue with contact to the server. This is often the result of clicking get mail within the minimum time set by the provider, like Hotmail minimum is 15 minutes, try and connect more frequently and it is access denied by the server. so your mail will go blank.

Im not sure what you mean by minimum time set. Is it time between new messages are checked? There is option like this in Thunderbird.

Yes there is but also mail providers often in an effort to prevent overloading the mail server have a minimal time between 'scheduled' requests for new mail as Matt indicated. Do requests too often and they temporarily (times of this vary) block /disallow requests from that account.

Ok, but why is this problem not on other computers. Only one computer in the company has this issue and they are used in similar way. Also is there anything I can do to fix this problem?
