Get the mail which can not show in inbox
Hi,
I try to use thunderbird this year.
Most of mail is good.
I get more than 300 mail within half month.
My client tell me that she has sent mail, but I can't get it..,,
I check the inbox by sorting sender and date....that mail is not existed.
Then I use find function (on inbox) and find the mail.....
I click that mail and that is the mail sent by my client.
I go back to inbox and check it...That is not existed..
I go to find result and move that mail to draft...then go to drat and then move to inbox again....
I can find it on inbox without find function...
My client tell me that she has sent mail, then I use find function.
If my client don't tell me, then I can not find her mail in inbox....
What is the problem??

See if index needs fixing: Right click on folder and select 'Properties' Click on 'Repair Folder' button Click on OK
select another folder and then reselect Inbox.
Check you do not have other filters currently operating on the Folder.
Such as any 'Quick Filter bar' filters - make sure none of those icons are highlighted.
Are you using 'Unified' View ?
