Usava um firefox desatualizado, a um tempo atualizei ele, pois já não funcionava alguns sites. O problema é que não tem som, em nenhum lugar, youtube, redes sociais, e etc... NENHUM LUGAR TEM SOM. Já li várias dicas pra resolver, mas nunca consegui. Quando coloco no navegador antigo ele pega o som normalmente, então o problema não é com meu aparelho.
