I use the browser for e-banking. Log in has worked up until now, but now a key drop-down that gives me the log-in does not work. Having to use Safari for e-banking now. A bit vague, but I hope you can help.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
