Export Synced Tabs Without Bookmarks

My current phone is about two years old and I've decided I ought to back up the history of useful links I've viewed in Firefox on that device.

Unfortunately the way i've kept track of stuff on my phone is by just never closing any useful tabs. (And of course because i don't always remember to close things when I'm done with them there are a lot of non-useful tabs mixed in as well.)

I have successfully created a Firefox account, signed in on both my phone and PC, and synced the two. The list of tabs shows up in the Synced Tabs sidebar in Firefox on PC.

However I'd like to save the pages to a more persistent format, presumably some kind of html list. The "normal" way to do this would be to open them in the PC browser, bookmark them all, and export the bookmarks.

However if i try so select "Open All in Tabs" i get this warning:

"You are about to open 1492 tabs. This might slow down Firefox while the pages are loading. Are you sure you want to continue?"

I fear for the life of my computer if i try to open 1.5 thousand tabs all at the same time. Is there some way to export the list of synced tabs without opening them all first?

A several year old page i found mentioned an "about:sync" page with a "Record Editor", but that doesn't seem to exist anymore. (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50829318/export-synced-tabs-in-firefox)

If there's no way to export the Synced Tabs list in the UI, is the list saved somewhere in the profile folder in readable format?

Thanks!

Note that about:sync is an extension.

You can install the About Sync extension in Firefox 72 and newer on desktop to check what data is stored on the Sync server via the about:sync page provided by this extension.

Close and restart Firefox to access the about:sync page added by this extension (see the about:about page for possible about pages).

Thanks for the info!

Is there some other way to get the data out without installing a third-party extension?

Mark Hammond who created the about-sync extension is one of the Firefox developers that work on Sync, so there is nothing to worry.
