My original computer suddenly broke down and I couldn't turn it on at all. Then I bought a new computer. You need to log in to your old account but you need the username and password and something else. For me, the something was the Firefox Recovery Codes . txt file when I created my account. Do you still have access to the old computer's hard drive or not so much?
