Unable to access usps website from home, but it came up in the staples store where I took my computer to clear the cache...all that has been done, but cannot access it from home...what does that tell you?

cannot access usps website from home, but it came up easily in the staples store. all cache has been cleared but when i got home, I still got the message "you do not have access to this website" I have been using it to get stamps for years. any Ideas about what's wrong?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

This is a reply to FredMcD: after clearing the cache, I still could not access the usps website. I decided to contact the company that provides protections for my computer, AVG. I have something called Secure VNP....and even though my location on it shows as USA, New York....that was the problem for some reason. It was changed to USA, Seattle and I was able to get the website which I added to my bookmarks. I don't really understand why the New York location didn't work anymore, but for some reason it didn't.
