Requesting refund
Downloaded Thunderbird yesterday and donated $10. Having issues with AT&T and cumbersome to use. Thunderbird does not work as I thought it would. Please provide refund. Thank you Kurt Schweickhard schweickhard@att.net

I regret you are having difficulties with Thunderbird; it is a complex product and some early confusion is not unusual. I encourage you to stay and advise of whatever difficulties you are experiencing. For example, we know that AT&T has its own special password requirements when used from ANY email client, and we can advise in resolving that. That is, if that's your difficulty, you will experience it with any email client, not just Thunderbird. And no email client receives the level of support that we provide. However, on your request, that was a donation, not a purchase.
