What emails? From what provider? Are they in a special folder like important? ie google workspace is different to Microsoft office365.

gerrychristopher.com appears to be registered with tucows and the mail hosted through ipage. but that does not answer the Google/Micrisift question. But they do offer settings for Thunderbird 78 that are still valid, you need to check they are correct in Thunderbird. https://www.ipage.com/help/article/email-client-setup

all emails. the inbox is completely empty. they are not in a special folder.
