Morning everyone. For the last couple of days, I've been unable to download emails through TB. I have quite a few email accounts and not one of them is downloading, they all stopped working at the same time. I've checked the OAuth2 settings and everything is in order. I recently removed all the accounts from TB and re-added them one by one to ensure they were set up correctly as I'd been having problems.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Hi Matt, there's no error messages at all. I select "get new messages" and at the bottom it tells you that "email account is connecting to Outook.Office365.com" - it does that for every one of my email accounts - but then it just stops polling with no new emails dropping into my inbox. I've not seen a single error message.

Today I had two email accounts decide to update themselves (just the once), none of the others though.

Perhaps check the error console (ctrl+shift+J)

Clear it using the trash icon and try getting your mail.

Hi Matt, thank you.

I've done as suggested, hit ctrl shft j, emptied it and clicked 'get messages', it states error not found. I'll add a screenshot to show you it's been cleared and attempted again. Not one message has been populated, I'm afraid.
