When I click on finish when setting up my Outlook account, I get the message from Microsoft “Unable to log in. Java Script is required to sign in.

Why did you turn javascript off? The assertion is correct. It is required to set up your account and it is enabled by default when the product is installed.

Use the Config Editor to ensure the hidden preference javascript.enabled is set to true.
