My name is Carol and I have been using Thunderbird as my email for quite some time now, but I have recently been receiving batches of emails coming through like the one shown below. I have been trying to seek answers by reading and trying different things, but have not come up with anything to help. It doesn't happen all the time just once in a while and only a batch during the day it happens. It's very annoying and I'm thinking I might just have to move over to using Outlook.

Chosen solution

no guarantees, but try this: highlight the inbox folder, rightclick and select properties and then select repair. Your problem may just be that the index was corrupted.
